1. Customization and Delivery:
• Each ring is made to order based on your specifications and ring size.
• The manufacturing and delivery process typically takes between 4 and 6 weeks.
2. Quotation Validity:
• Please note that any provided quotation is valid for a period of 7 days due to potential fluctuations in gold prices.
3. Pricing and Adjustments:
• All product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to make adjustments to pricing due to factors such as market conditions, currency fluctuations, or product discontinuation.
4. Payment Terms:
• Once a quote is accepted, an invoice will be sent.
• Payment must be made within 3 days of receiving the invoice; failure to do so will result in order cancellation.
• We offer a payment plan option; kindly contact us for further details.
5. Ring Size Accuracy:
• It is your responsibility to ensure the correct ring size when placing an order.
• We cannot be held liable if the ring does not fit.
• You can measure your ring size at any local jeweler.
6. Certificate of Authenticity and Warranty:
• All our Moissanite rings come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
• They are also accompanied by a limited lifetime warranty.
7. Shipping and Liability:
• We use a reputable courier company to provide free delivery within South Africa.
• While we take utmost care in packaging, we are not responsible for any lost goods or damage during transit.
• Tracking information will be provided as soon as the parcel is sent.
• Alternatively, you may arrange collection with your preferred courier at your own expense. Please contact us for collection information.
8. Payment Methods:
• All payments must be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) using the provided banking details on the invoice.
• Immediate payment is encouraged to expedite the ordering process.
• Orders will be processed only after the payment has cleared. (Note: This information is also included on the invoice.)
