The Custom Process

1. Customize your order by filling out the form below, where you can choose the center stone size and shape, and preferred metal color (9k, 14k, or 18k White, Yellow, or Rose Gold), and include any specific requests.
2. After reviewing the details, we'll provide a comprehensive quote for your custom ring, covering manufacturing, delivery time, and the deposit amount needed for placing the order.
3. Once you're happy with the quote, confirm your order by submitting a 60% deposit. We'll share payment instructions and available options to complete the transaction.
4. Once we receive your payment, our team will craft a 3D CAD (computer-aided design) of your bespoke ring according to the agreed specifications. We'll then share the design with you for your review and approval.
5. Once you give your approval for the 3D CAD design, our skilled team will initiate the manufacturing process. Please keep in mind that custom rings are created on demand, so the production and delivery usually take around 4-6 weeks. We'll ensure a reliable courier service delivers the final ring directly to you.
